Climate change presents an existential threat to our world, and that effect will be felt greatest by the world's poorest and most vulnerable populations. Such a global challenge must be addressed collectively and strategically.

HOW DO WORLD FEDERALISTS SUPPORT ENVIRONMNETAL JUSTICE?
As World Federalists, we advocate for effective environmental accountability at the world level. We believe in the need for enforceable penalties such as in the Montreal Protocol regarding ozone depletion. We also believe in reforms such as: reconfiguring the World Trade Organization to replace fossil fuels as a source of energy; and reforming WTO's intellectual property rules.
Greta Thunberg is a Swedish environmental activist. She has been a vocal youth activist in the fight for climate action since she was 15 years old, when she protested outside the Swedish parliament calling the government to step up and meet carbon emissions targets.
