Toronto Branch
About the Toronto Branch
World federalism is simply about ensuring good governance that deals with issues at the most appropriate level. Local decisions should be taken at local level, national decisions at national level, and global decisions at global level.
World federalists exist all over the world. In Toronto, we meet and organize to advocate for improved global governance structures. We form a branch of the national movement, The World Federalist Movement — Canada. The Toronto Region Branch organizes Seminars with knowledgeable speakers to educate ourselves and the public on current world federalism topics. With each speaker we ask what Actions the Branch and individuals could take in response.
Our Board of Directors plans events and activities for members on a regular basis, with the sole goal of working towards a better world for everyone. Our working groups are collaborative and inclusive. We would like to add to our membership, so if you are interested in joining our team please contact us today. For inquiries please send an email to
